Licensed in 1990 in the State of Colorado and 1994 in the State of Florida. Mr. Oakes specializes in Tenant Representation, development land, office, retail and industrial leasing and sales. Prior to joining Counts Real Estate Group, Inc., Mr. Oakes served as a Senior Associate with Advantis Real Estate Services for two and half years. He also served as a salesperson and Senior Leasing agent with Seltzer Management Group, Inc. for six years where he negotiated and leased over $100,000,000 in real estate. Prior to joining Seltzer Management he was a Property Manager and leasing agent for Fuller & Co in Denver, Colorado where he was responsible for several shopping centers, office buildings and an office park.

Current activities include in town development properties and Tenant Representation with several national and regional tenants for retail, office and industrial properties. Furthermore, Mr. Oakes is an entrepreneur on Panama City Beach where he owns and manages a gulf front motel and other income producing properties. Mr. Oakes goal is to develop relationships by focusing on the needs of customers with exclusive assignments and professional representation.
